Shitang Village in Shaoguan City has a brewing history of over 300 years, with Duihua Rice Wine being the village's traditional mainstay industry. For over 100 years, this rice wine has been exported to Southeast Asia.
Duihua Rice Wine is known for its crystalline, layered wine flowers. It is brewed using high-quality glutinous rice and the village’s unique underground water, following multiple handcrafted steps. The fermentation starter, a traditional secret recipe passed down for centuries, includes 13 types of Chinese herbs and is made by hand. The wine is aged for more than three years before being sold to ensure its rich quality.
