The ecosystem of Danxiashan is incredibly diverse. However, due to the unique landscapes, many areas are difficult to access directly. Therefore, Danxiashan, in collaboration with the Guangzhou Institute of Geography of the Guangdong Academy of Sciences, has utilized drones to capture images of the forest canopy. These images are then classified and characterized. This work has not only enriched the foundational data on biodiversity in Danxiashan but also provided valuable references for the conservation and study of biodiversity.
